If you found an old trunk in the attic and it contained not photos but a wedding FILM of your grandparents complete with sound, how amazing would that be?
I cherish my grandparent’s brief 1940s wedding film and wish there was natural sound that preserved their voices and interactions. Knowing what I miss about my own family heirloom has shaped the way in which I approach each wedding day.
Memorable. Engaging. Genuine.
I understand the immeasurable value my great uncle unknowingly gifted me by documenting my grandparents and my parent’s wedding.
Mesmerized the minute I saw the film reels spin through the projector onto the screen, I was obsessed with the concept of allowing people to relive moments of their lives.
I’ve been documenting family and adventures since I was old enough to hold a camera. A serendipitous turn of events led me to film my first official wedding in August of 2000 and that one event has spiraled into a lifelong career.

I co-founded Relevant Workshop in 2016, cultivating community and expertise for wedding professionals around New England. 2023 marked our 7th in-person event.
I also spent ten summers at Camp Huckins and know how impactful
the experience can be for cultivating confidence and leadership skills in young people.
Every wedding brings me closer to donating a full scholarship to their organization.
