Patagonia: Torres del Paine, Cerro Torre, Chile and Argentina

How this trip happened: Colleen is my old roommate. Carolyn is her cousin who writes for the Lonely Planet and she was heading out on assignment for the Trekking in the Patagonian Andes guide. I hadn’t talked to her in 2 years but thanks to FaceBook and Colleen we reconnected, November 12, 2008. Within 3 weeks we had our plane tickets.

Why have I spent so much time making this “just for fun” video? Before the trip when I looked online for quality home videos of peoples experiences in the park, I didn’t find anything of substance.  I just wanted to tell people a bit more than what’s already out there and inspire others to explore that part of the world. My main reason – to have a keepsake from our adventure, and to show my family what my trip was all about in a fun and entertaining way.
