Love and Life on the Farm – A Chic Rustic Wedding

They pitched their tent on the edge of the Grand Teaton National Park and their summer unfolded like magic.”

Elizabeth and David’s wedding celebration was at David’s family’s farm in NH. From the welcome party on Thursday night to the last dance on Friday, loving friends and family from all over the world, kicked back for this colorful New England wedding. This film is a combination of footage from a “mock up” wedding inspiration shoot on June 20th, the Welcome Party on July 8th, and the wedding on July 9th, 2010. Hard to believe a year has passed, but thankfully Elizabeth and David had Anne and I back to the farm for a fondue party this winter.

The farm and their love for each other spoke for itself. It was extra special to see someone I have known so long celebrate on his childhood farm. The details, the weather, the people, the animals, were all equal parts in making this event so memorable. Anne Skidmore took so many amazing photos, you can catch all the details up close on their personalized wedding site! Carrie Scribner of Dutch Bloemen Winkel hit it out of the park when I saw the inside of the tent. Where did she and Elizabeth find all those gems! Each flower  in it’s own antique bottle – so fitting to the setting. Invitation Design and Letterpress Printing by the lovely ladies at Gus & Ruby Letterpress can be seen throughout the film. Sally Bags helped with the custom table runners, and the Band was One Step Ahead.
